Product Design & Manufacturing

With years of design experience and a professional industrial design team, we provide comprehensive product design assistance for customers. Whether for internal corporate circulation or ODM commercial product sustainability services, we can meet your needs.

Project Purpose Evaluation
We first send specialists to communicate with customers, understand their background and needs, and evaluate and process the waste accordingly.
Product Design Phase
Based on customer needs, we discuss product categories, styles, CMF, etc. After proposal selection, we execute the product design process, providing 3D simulated feasible design solutions for reference, and 3D printed samples as needed for detailed discussions.
Mold & Mass Production Planning
After the project's complete product design is finalized, we discuss mass production planning with customers, including quantity requirements and final colors, and provide a quotation for the circular service project.
Mold Sampling & Delivery
After customer confirmation of the quotation, we proceed with final mold creation and trial molding (3-4 weeks). To help customers ensure product quality, trial samples undergo professional evaluation, pre-production detail corrections, and production tracking. Products are delivered to customers within the scheduled deadline.
