FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is widely used in industrial and consumer equipment, offering high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength. However, when these large-scale equipment need to be replaced, their massive size and durable material make them impossible to process through regular waste channels. DaFon Environmental provides professional equipment and end-to-end services to ensure safe, legal demolition, cutting, and transport of waste FRP.

Large FRP equipment such as tanks and water towers exceed standard transport vehicle dimensions
Fiberglass reinforced materials are extremely hard, making standard tools ineffective
Requires professional heavy-duty machinery to cut FRP to compliant sizes
Legal processing plants require waste materials to be cut within one meter for intake
Lack of legal processing channels may lead to illegal waste dumping
Government regulations on waste management are becoming increasingly strict with heavier penalties

For oversized FRP equipment (such as massive tanks and water towers), DaFon deploys professional hook-lift trucks for safe lifting, with our fleet of large transport vehicles (including grab trucks and flatbed trailers) handling the hauling.

To meet legal processing plant intake standards (within one meter), transported FRP materials undergo a cutting process. We use hydraulic shears for powerful crushing and demolition, complemented by reciprocating saws for detailed cutting, ensuring all waste meets the one-meter standard.

From on-site demolition, crushing, and precision cutting, to professional compliant transport and environmental reporting, DaFon Environmental provides seamless 'one-stop complete processing' service, giving you peace of mind throughout.

Cut FRP fragments are safely transported by DaFon's fleet to licensed processing facilities for final proper disposal, ensuring 100% legal and compliant waste management for corporate clients. We work closely with licensed processing facilities, utilizing advanced rotary kiln incineration systems and multiple flue gas treatment equipment for final resource reduction and detoxification.
